Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at Hotel Eldorado, enjoying the charming ambiance reminiscent of the 1920s. The location by the lake was perfect, but I encountered a few hiccups, like the confusion with check-in and the average dining experience. Overall, I appreciated the comfort of my room and the friendly staff, but some improvements are needed in customer service.
My stay at Hotel Eldorado was a mix of highs and lows. The room was comfortable and offered beautiful views, but I found some aspects of the service and organization lacking. The friendly staff made up for some hiccups, but the overall experience could use some improvement.
My stay at Hotel Eldorado was filled with ups and downs. The suite I booked was spacious with lovely touches like big windows and nice linens, though the lack of a balcony and a broken TV were frustrating, especially for my elderly travel companion. Despite the hiccups, the staff's prompt response and willingness to adjust my bill was impressive, making me consider returning in the future.
I recently stayed at the Hotel Eldorado for our 35th wedding anniversary, and while I appreciated the stunning lake views and spacious suite, the outdated furniture was a letdown. The dining experience was a mixed bag; I got lucky with a lovely outdoor table, but the loud music outside really took away from the peaceful lakeside vibe. Overall, I found more positives than negatives during my stay, but there’s definitely some room for improvement.
I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Eldorado! The location right on Okanagan Lake is stunning, and enjoying a meal on the boardwalk was a highlight. The charm of the hotel, coupled with friendly and efficient staff, made for a nice experience. However, I did encounter a few hiccups, like an initial room mix-up and a non-functioning hot tub, which dampened the experience a bit.
